Server Rules.

There are rules you have to follow on our server to ensure everybody gets a good experience.
Make sure to read them carefully as you may get punished if you don't! Make sure to read build area rules too!

General rules:
1. English only in public chat
2. Don't be excessively rude to players
3. Obey staff orders
4. Don't be annoying
5. Don't spam mic or chat
6. Don't try to find loopholes in the rules
7. Don't try to exploit/hack/cheat
8. Don't abuse PAC3
9. Don't abuse the material tool (setting players' material)
10. Don't evade punishment/leave to avoid punishment (LTAP)
11. Remove your unused or destroyed vehicles / planes / helicopters.
12. Do not abuse pills to glitch into bases or regain health.
13. Turrets MUST be static. That means no mobile turreting (specially with Tesla Turrets)
14. Don't abuse asay (@) or sasay. Specially sasay, its permbannable.
15. To people with noclip: DON'T KILL WITH NOCLIP ON, AND DON'T GO ON OTHER PEOPLE BASES WITHOUT PERMISSION.
16. Don't spam HL2 entities with creator tool.
17. Don't spawn cars with creator tool.
18. No killing in any way of god.
19. NO PLANES ON SPAWN

Spawn rules:
1. Don't build on spawn, to do so go to the build area.
2. No J.I defense solutions mines on spawn.
3. No vehicles, that includes air and land vehicles.
4. No giantic props on spawn.
5. Don't handcuff or grapple onto another players.
6. NO PLANES ON SPAWN

PvP Rules:
1. No spawnkilling/spawncamping (killing players in spawn or from spawn)
2. Do not attempt to kill people building/in godmode.
3. Don't kill with buildings. (That includes wire turrets and explosives)
4. Don't eat too much bouncy balls as it is practically cheating.
5. Don't kill people in noclip.

Building rules:
1. Don't spawn big dupes
2. Don't use mingy/OP E2s (Permaban)
3. Don't prop-abuse:
Prop-jail
Prop-block
Prop-kill
Prop-push
Prop-surf
Prop-climb
4. Don't spam props
5. Don't attempt to crash the server
6. Don't mess with other players' stuff (If they want help, they'll ask)
7. Don't spam thrusters/make thrusters with annoying sounds
8. Don't build in the skybox.
9. Don't spawn big props at spawn.
10. Don't beg for dupes.
11. Don't spam emitters!
12. You are allowed to build a box in which you can't PvP.
13. Your buildings need atleast one entrace and exit of normal props.
14. No bases of big props, like containers and trains, big square blocks, etc....
15. NO PLANES ON SPAWN

Build area rules. Follow them or you will earn a kick/ban!

1. Do not annoy people, I don't care if its with props, or mines. Don't do it.
2. No J.I defense solutions.
3. Do not build on the teleport platform.
4. No vehicles, of any tipe, no vehicles.
5. Don't build PVP base(s).
6. NO PLANES

Normal rules apply here too, that means normal rules + the build area rules.

Tips area!

1. "Oh, I need help with something, lets ask a admin." Don't do this, read the server messages (in color) that are displayed automatically before asking a dumb question.

2. Oh no, you got a problem? Somebody annoying you? Just a general or technical problem? Say | @ (message) | to talk to all the staff online (From Moderators to the Owner). We will try to help you.

3. Got a BIG problem? Say !menu > then go to the chat section > select sasay and write a message to online high rank admins (Head Admins to Owner).

4. Oh god, I don't got the addons\I got missing textures! No problem, Go to this link to get ALL the addons for the server: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=357092622

5. "A player is breaking rules, but I'm not sure to use the admin chat for it" No problem! Say !report to report a player, a member of staff will look at it.

6. "I want to talk with a friend in private, but I can't do this here :-(" Oh yes, you do! We got two methods to do so, first one is using | !psay (player) (message) | and the other one is saying | !mail | both work perfectly for your needs.

7. "I have to check the rules to see something, but how?" Simply, you use a simple chat command. Just say | !motd | and you will be reading this page again.

8. A serius message, DON'T SPAWN VEHICLES ON SPAWN. Don't, it will get you kicked and even banned. DON'T SPAWN VEHICLES IN SPAWN. Thank you.

Project 28 staff rules.


As a Project 28 staff member, you shall respect these rules for staff.

First and most important, you need to be mature, serius and focused.
You cannot derp around as a staff member and you should always help to people to who need it.

Second, users who call for aid using @ will be in green, and you will see his username blue.
Second nº2, users who call for aid in public chat need to be teached to use @.

Third, if you see somebody asking questions already aswnered on the adverts, copy the advert and paste it on the chat.
Next time tell them to read.

Fourth, never disobey a higher rank staff with orders, this may result in a warn and if followed it can be a demotion + temporal ban.

Fifth, if you don't know if something is breaking the rules, please check the MOTD of the server, it contains rules.

Sixt, using your powers to help friends or such is forbidden, it may end in a demotion + temporary ban.

Seventh, if the offense isn't very grave you may proceed to warn with a good reason, if the offense dangers more players or is grave peform a kick/ban with a detailed reason.

Eighth, threat everyone the same, if one person is your friend and gets privileges doesn't mean another person you don't know gets threated as shit.
